Effective date: 25 August 2026
PetLink is a private invited beta of a pet-care marketplace for Kuwait, developed by Quantumnet. This notice covers the beta at petslinks.app. It is not a public launch.
What we collect
- Account email and password.
- Display name (from your account) and phone if you give us one.
- Pet profile details and any photo you add.
- Provider or business profile details, including service area, household notes (including whether children live in the home), and phone on business or directory listings.
- Booking requests, times, and notes.
- Lost-pet and adoption submissions you send, including a contact note.
- Device and log data the host needs to run the site.
We do not collect Civil ID in this beta. Do not upload it.
Why we collect it
To run accounts, show invited providers and directory listings, handle booking requests between you and a provider, moderate lost-pet and adoption posts, and improve the beta. We do not sell personal data. We do not use it for unrelated marketing in this beta.
Who sees it
You. The provider or owner on a booking you are part of. PetLink admins for review and support. Processors that host the product (currently Supabase and Netlify), which store data outside Kuwait.
Lost-pet posts we approve may be public, including the area and any contact note you wrote. Do not put a phone number in that note unless you want it public. Photos stored for the product can be read from our media storage if they are uploaded.
How long we keep it
For the beta and a short period after we close your account, unless we must keep a record of a dispute or a legal request.
Your rights
Under Kuwait Law 20 of 2014 you can ask to see, correct, or delete your personal data. Email moe.akbar95@gmail.com. We will handle it ourselves in this beta.
Security
Access is limited, and database rules restrict who can read what. No system is perfect. If we have a serious breach that affects you, we will email the address on your account.
